New Castle Schools Surplus Auction - July 30th, 2025
REGISTRATION & BIDDING:
All bidders must register and provide valid photo ID
Bidder numbers will be assigned at registration
Bidding is open to the public
All sales are final - no returns or exchanges
Payment in full required day of sale
PAYMENT TERMS:
Cash, certified check, or approved credit cards accepted
Personal checks accepted with proper ID (subject to approval)
All items must be paid for before removal
Indiana sales tax will be added to purchases of titled vehicles unless valid tax exemption certificate is provided
REMOVAL & PICKUP:
All items must be removed by - Tuesday August 5
Buyers are responsible for loading and transportation
Items left beyond pickup deadline become property of school
No storage available - plan accordingly for large items
VEHICLE TERMS:
Vehicles sold AS-IS with no warranties expressed or implied
Titles will be provided where available
Buyer responsible for transfer fees and registration
Vehicles must be removed within pickup period
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
All items sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no guarantees or warranties
Announcements made day of sale take precedence over printed materials
