The sale leads with vehicles and outdoor equipment. There's a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, a 1998 Chevrolet S-10 pickup, and a 1994 Holiday Rambler motor home. There's also a John Deere 2210 diesel compact tractor with a 210 loader and 62-inch mower deck, and a like-new John Deere 47-inch quick-hitch snowblower.

- Online only. All bidding takes place at bidburgess.com or in the Burgess Auctions app. Lots begin closing Monday, November 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM ET, in staggered order. A bid placed in the final minutes extends that lot's closing time.
- Buyer's premium. A 15% buyer's premium is added to each winning bid.
- Sales tax. 7% Indiana sales tax applies unless a valid exemption certificate is on file before the auction closes.
- Payment. Invoices are emailed after the auction and we collect at pickup. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover (no American Express), and cash in person. Pay through your Burgess Auctions account or by phone at 765-445-7814. There is a 3% discount for cash and a 1% discount for paying within 24 hours of the invoice, and both can apply.
- Condition. Everything sells as-is, where-is, with no warranties. Photos and descriptions are provided as a courtesy, so inspect at the preview or ask questions before you bid. Condition statements are opinions, not guarantees.

Buyers bring their own help, tools, and transportation and are responsible for removing what they buy safely. Items not picked up by the end of the pickup window are considered abandoned and forfeited, with no refund.
- Vehicles. Titles for the Nissan Pathfinder, Chevrolet S-10, and Holiday Rambler motor home are delivered after payment clears. The trailer in Lot 11 sells without a title. Vehicles must be removed by trailer or with a valid registration and insurance. Lots must be picked up during the scheduled pickup.
