You are bidding on the complete contents of each unit. 10ft. x 20ft. The winning bidder will have 24 hours to remove all contents of each unit including trash if there is any A $100.00 deposit will be added to invoice for each unit and when completely cleaned out the deposit will be refunded. Payments for this auction will be by CREDIT CARD ONLY The Storage Units are located in Canon City, CO. and the address will be given to Winning Bidders upon auction closing

Removal Shall Be: By appointment only during the published hours of Thursday, August 1st from 1 pm to 5 pm and Friday, August 2nd from 9 am to 12 pm. An invitation for an appointment will be sent by email following the auction and on the invoice.
